Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Discussion
I'm not sure why this drink is called the Alaska Cocktail, but I know it's delicious. It's boozy and flavorful, with a subtle sweetness from the Chartreuse, and a lovely citrus note from the bitters. I like to think of it as a relative of the Martini, but perhaps a bit more refreshing.
