Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.
The Hotel Nacional is named for the bar at the famous Hotel Nacional in Havana, Cuba. Apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice make this drink tart and fruity.
In an ideal world, I'd make this cocktail with a Cuban rum, but they can still be hard to find in the United States. If you can't get any Cuban rum, I'd suggest using a high quality aged rum like Bacardi 8 year, Flor de Cana 7 year, or Appleton Signature Blend.
